DRFC will host it’s annual Garage Sale and Beer Pong Tournament at OT Tavern
7:30am–1:00pm – Annual Garage Sale at OT Tavern [3606 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75206]. Please contact Chris Chefchis if you have items to donate that need to be picked up. (Chris.Chefchis@forneycorp.com ). Any reusable clothes, electronics, trinkets, etc. will be appreciated.
5:00pm – 10:00pm – Annual Beer Pong Invitational at OT Tavern. The format is the same as the last 2 years. Two-person teams, with double-elimination in the first rounds, followed by single elimination after that. There will be a team costume contest (your team should have a costume theme). INVITE FRIENDS FROM OUTSIDE THE CLUB. THIS PARTY IS OPEN TO EVERYONE.
Additional Details:
– $40 entry per team, $30 entry if at least one contestant is a non DRFC member;
– Price includes beer for tournament and 2 additional beer tickets from the bar;
– 1st place team receives $100, 2nd place gift certificates to the OT Tavern, and 3rd place receives their entry cost;
– Each team will be guaranteed at least 2 games;
– Door prizes will be given for the best team name and best dressed, so get creative;
Teams will need to be registered by Thursday April 24 in order to guarantee entry to the tournament as space will be limited. Remember gentleman, in order to make this a success we need as many outside attendees as possible so invite friends, family, etc. Email Isaac Contreras at [email protected] to reserve your team a spot. If you do not have a partner still register and someone will be matched up with you.
